After over thirty years of self employment as small business owner that positions

of many hats that is too say manager, janitor, sale representative, President ,

treasurer, CFO, CEO and board member(s), I understood some of customers habits

that resulted in mistakes of losing customers that resulted in lost SALES. There are many

entities that don t understand customers too and there are businesses that understanding

significant of treating their customers with RESPECT. Those  that value their customers

sales typically would increase year after year but there many business in every industry

that treat customers very poorly and misrepresent their products or services that

normal have countless litigations, bad public relations with communities that result

in destabilization that cause resident to dissatisfied with the companies, settling civil

suit for frauds and paying hefty fees that cause stagnation of cash flows that typical

result in business closure.

What, How and When sustaining and increasing sales are determined by old  business

methods of how treat  customers, customers and customers. Let's look at from pet

owners standpoint. For example, the pet owner has beautiful dog. To ensure that dog

is treated very good. The pet owner feeds the dog Pedigree, provides FLEA AWAY

for the ticks and fleas and provides the heart worm pills. Because of these treatment

the dog will be happy until death. However, if the dog is treated very bad and does not

provide the basic treatment. The dog normal leaves for good because of treatment or

dies because of starvation. Dogs tend to less valued and less appreciated. Where as

appreciate animals will keep returning for good treatments. It s the same for customers

too for human perspective. Good business utilized the same example. Good business

owners need to perform business check up quarterly or annually. After 10 years of

operating two businesses simultaneous that result in many headaches and pains, I 
 
failed misery sometimes with the positive customers and not so good customers.
 
However, I have gain valuable customer relationship experiences that will take to

 my grave. Now let's examine from spiritual standpoint the three scriptures and

discuss the scriptures of how to SERVE. "A GOOD NAME IS RATHER TO BE

CHOSEN THAN GREAT RICHES'' PROVERBS 21:1  After the startups, business

owners should meeting with existing customers because they are helping paying the

companies bills and generating steady cash flow. It the customers money that pay

the expenses and income therefore the owners need to LOVE AND RESPECT

THEM else they will go some else places. The attracted customers sustain growth

and with good image or other reputable company for the brand's PR. When
 

company's brand is  good the media and people brags. The companies will have

many loyal fans that will have "LOVING FAVOR RATHER THAT SILVER

AND GOLD." PROVERBS 22:1

When company have very good products or services, they impact the

communities tremendously, have exceptional public relation images and leads the

the industries in human values that have positive effects locally, the states,

domestically and worldwide. Let's examine the other scriptures "ROB NOT THE

POOR, BECAUSE HE IS POOR" PROVERBS 22:22. Some many businesses that

practice GREED & BAD POLICIES. I could name many but I will reframe

PROVERBS 22;22  They perform many illegal practices but they have federal and

state agencies to protect customers such as Department of Justice www.justice.gov,

the Consumer Protection www.consumerprotection.gov,  the Inspector General

www.oig.doc.gov etc. because agencies are need to investigate, cite and suit to

protect to consumers that been abuse for thousands of years. These agencies get to

the truth and ensure that people are abused.  Lastly scripture "HE THAT OPPRESSETH

THE POOR TO INCREASE HIS RICHES" PROVERBS 22:16 There are millions

of bad companies that oppress the POOR. But its the poor and middle class individuals

that purchase the products and services  in the 3 percent that control economies

worldwide. The super RICH PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT AND KNOWN THE

SHAKERS AND MOVERS. They laugh behind close doors and enjoying their profits.

THEY LAUGH TO GET YOU WITH SOME TACTIC TO INCREASE PROFITS.

YES YES YES AND IT LEGAL. On the other hand, there are good companies. See

TOP 5000 companies www.inc.com/inc5000 READ READ READ.  Those companies

provide good services or products that deserve to be prospers. 'AND HE THAT GIVETH

TO THE RICH, SHALL SURELY COME TO WANT'. PROVERBS 22:11

Good companies control trillions of dollars worldwide. Why? For employment, impact

communities and value. Without these companies, the world would be MAD, MAD &

this very complex of traits of endless metrics presented of how the owners, employees
and board of directors of handing the people(customers) needs.

After over twenty five years of countless headaches of mistakes of utilizing the wrong
methods of serving the customers, I am still having challenges because people will have
differences and many challenges because with many uniqueness but it results in "How
People Are Serve."  Serving the  wrong ways (methods) could hinder the entities in terms
of SALES. Decreasing sales cause the negative results that result in early exit plan of
CLOSE. This is brief short introduction because there are many credible
and reputable businesses and there are many BAD BUSINESSES that need improving.

Operating business in today's environments, conditions and complexities can result in
positive balance sheets else negatives due crisis modes, health problems, poor
managements etc. These negative balance sheets cause many not the jump in the lake
of business owners. These unfortunate businesses lack many priorities and objectives
that keep imbalances to remain stable, competitive, creativity and prospers.
How, What, When and Who should  be address daily, weekly, monthly, short term and
long term that will manifest in due season to right "Keys Operating FIRST CLASS
Business "that will have challenges but will aim aggressive and proactively in positive
class flow. The ingredients of variety of food such as sugar or HONEY that attract
customers but other SALT will preserve the food, bad weather the unforeseeable storms
that all businesses encounters. The food(business) must provide the right methodologies
every seasons to attract, maintain and operate FIRST CLASS with these KEYS:

1. FRIENDLY  persons that's fair with magnets characters. Let's examine from
    biblical standpoint "A man hath joy by the answer of his mouth:"Proverbs 15:23
    That to said when owners and employees are happy and overwhelm. They are
    grateful with radiant the very noticeable. FIRM with friendly attributes when
    in the public. Firm to externally pressures that occurs for the LIFE of business.
    Lets examine the scriptures" See thou a man diligent in the his business"
    Proverbs 22:29 inform business should be steadfast that posses               
    determination to pursue quests for advancement.

2.  INTEGRITY with intelligent traits when in the public. Lets examine according the
     scriptures "He shall stand before Kings; he shall not stand before mean men"
     Proverbs 22:29 business should adhere to strict moral code. In other words,
     have exceptional ethics else the business will have liable issues that absorbs income.
     Poor ethics explicit are Public Relation nightmares. A good business are honorable
     that most welcome with the KEY to city. When integrity exists the business owners
     sleep well. The employees are happy, customers trust the owners that set the moral
     bar very high that receive review 4 or 5.

3.  RESILIENT with responsive traits with the public. According to the scriptures
     "fervent  in spirit" Romans 12:11 means that business should recover
      quickly that is say rebound to normal when there are ongoing unknown events
      such as robbery, broken storefront glass etc. The owners must make the necessary
      calls to police or repair glass that's initiative.

4.  SERVE with humbleness and passion when interacting with the pubic.
     "A man hath Joy Proverbs 15:23.
     These owners enjoy working. The owners are grateful that they are
     provide employment and impacting the communities positively. The owners have
     problems but they get over quickly to thankful. "Hello ladies" or "Good Morning
     Sir" become normal conservations to the public. All communities need
     FIRST CLASS businesses.

5.  TEAM  players are need to knit Together Every Achieve More attitudes that owner 
     that combat problems. These business interact with the communities, attend meetings
     and impacting the cities or counties tremendously. When owners have these possess
     these attitudes. most city officials, state and agencies leaders. Why? "He Shall Stand
     before Kings" Proverbs 22:29 

6.  CONSISTENCE  with class the business owners need to possess. "Seest that a man
     diligent.." Proverbs 22:29 The business should be reliable that's demonstration a
     consistent ability to impress the critics. All businesses will have challenges. Those
     businesses that are reliable and dependable are in IN TO WIN.

7.  LEAD to succeed in the public. "Not Slothful" Romans 12:11 inform that business
     not procrastinate. A proactive  business will Lead to succeed but reactive business
     always put off projects or delay due to laziness or some excuse.

8.  ACTIVE business with honey will attracts customers. Those business are " fervent
     in Spirit" Romans 12:11. The  owners are honey attracts bees. In other words, attract
     customers that increase revenue.

9.  SOUND JUDGEMENT  business possess exceptional temperate. According to
     scripture" How good is it" Proverbs 15:23 The manner of thinking, behaving or
     reacting is under control with the public, The public respect these owners.
 
10. SUPERIOR  owners that provide exceptional customer services and
      delivery very good products that get good reviews. These services and products
      customers brags. "How good is it"  Proverbs 15;23 Everyone talk good about
      services or products especially the media that keep RD to launch new products,

Life has many unknown situations that end many results. I  struggled for many years until
I decided to surrender and look at the surroundings at the mirror that revealed many
imperfections but with examinations developed daily continuous medication.

I am daily an avid reader of the BIBLE. I have read the bible multiple times per years that result empowerment. Let's "Go to the ant" that symbolism very small pest with meaning and purpose driven. The "ant" is self starter making preparation for the storing of LIFE'S
SEASONS, winter, spring, summer and fall. Ants are continuously storing foods and laboring.
These ants have no guidance, overseer, or ruler. The ants are preparing for each stage of LIFE. From business point of view, their are various ants. Business needs to make daily priorities, short term objectives, long term objectives, emergency plans that are realistic to SUCCEED.
However, million businesses fail due poor decisions by owners, board directors poor managements, lack of CASH, crises, poor health by owner(s) etc. The ants does not need task master over them to work. Ants are self starter that are very diligently, persistent and persevere. Diligent ants are continuously storing foods for the different season of their lives. During the rain, the ants are working storing food, cold winter the ants are preparing and storing foods. HOT! HOT! HOT! The ants are storing the food.Whatever, the seasons the
ants are preparing for the unknowns. From people standpoint, millions lack the discipline to prepare for each stages of LIFE. There are four classes of people, the doers, the sitters, jokers and haters. The doers are those ANTS that are very focused, detail oriented and labor with passions to succeed in LIFE in spite of their circumstances. On the other hand, let's examine
"thou sluggard," symbolism is the habitually lazy persons. There are billions sitters that SIT, SIT & SIT.These sitters rob people and especially their employers. The sitters complain about work, make excuses, argues all the time and FUSS FUSS FUSS.The sitters are bad for organizations that keep commotion and drama.The sitters are HR nightmares that cause organizations problems. Sitters need their jobs.Therefore, sitters will need consulting by managers or owners to alleviate or mitigate the problems that sitters have. Reprimand the sitters for punishment.If sitters continue the problems, the sitter need to be ask to resign otherwise FIRE! FIRE! FIRE! The haters are negative person that are everywhere. Follow the same protocol for dealing with the sitter too. The Haters need job too. Therefore, try to use wisdom of LOVE. Why? People need their jobs but if problem exists. FIRE! FIRE! FIRE! to  get rid of HATERS that are negative people. Those haters are bunch of rotten apples that need to throw the trash. The jokers on the other hand are play games. They are sarcastic and ludicrous persons. These jokers organization can utilized the right corrective measures by the HR departments. "Consider her ways, and be wise" to return to the ANTS is wise enough to prepare for predictable situations. The ants plan for seasons of life from baby, toddlers, adolescents, teenagers, young adults, prime adults, mid life, post retirement and death with successes. Sometimes, the ants will have crisis but the ants rebound and continue prepare for
life's challenges.
