edition 0000005 "SERVING THE RIGHT WAY"


"He that oppresseth the poor to increase his riches, and he that giveth to the rich, shall
  surely come to want"                                          Proverbs 22:16

  silver and gold."                                                 Proverbs 22:1


"Rob not the poor, because he is poor: neither oppress the afflicted in the gate."
                                                                              Proverbs 22:22


After over thirty years of self employment as small business owner that positions

of many hats that is too say manager, janitor, sale representative, President ,

treasurer, CFO, CEO and board member(s), I understood some of customers habits

that resulted in mistakes of losing customers that resulted in lost SALES. There are many

entities that don t understand customers too and there are businesses that understanding

significant of treating their customers with RESPECT. Those  that value their customers

sales typically would increase year after year but there many business in every industry

that treat customers very poorly and misrepresent their products or services that

normal have countless litigations, bad public relations with communities that result

in destabilization that cause resident to dissatisfied with the companies, settling civil

suit for frauds and paying hefty fees that cause stagnation of cash flows that typical

result in business closure.

What, How and When sustaining and increasing sales are determined by old  business

methods of how treat  customers, customers and customers. Let's look at from pet

owners standpoint. For example, the pet owner has beautiful dog. To ensure that dog

is treated very good. The pet owner feeds the dog Pedigree, provides FLEA AWAY

for the ticks and fleas and provides the heart worm pills. Because of these treatment

the dog will be happy until death. However, if the dog is treated very bad and does not

provide the basic treatment. The dog normal leaves for good because of treatment or

dies because of starvation. Dogs tend to less valued and less appreciated. Where as

appreciate animals will keep returning for good treatments. It s the same for customers

too for human perspective. Good business utilized the same example. Good business

owners need to perform business check up quarterly or annually. After 10 years of

operating two businesses simultaneous that result in many headaches and pains, I 
 
failed misery sometimes with the positive customers and not so good customers.
 
However, I have gain valuable customer relationship experiences that will take to

 my grave. Now let's examine from spiritual standpoint the three scriptures and

discuss the scriptures of how to SERVE. "A GOOD NAME IS RATHER TO BE

CHOSEN THAN GREAT RICHES'' PROVERBS 21:1  After the startups, business

owners should meeting with existing customers because they are helping paying the

companies bills and generating steady cash flow. It the customers money that pay

the expenses and income therefore the owners need to LOVE AND RESPECT

THEM else they will go some else places. The attracted customers sustain growth

and with good image or other reputable company for the brand's PR. When
 

company's brand is  good the media and people brags. The companies will have

many loyal fans that will have "LOVING FAVOR RATHER THAT SILVER

AND GOLD." PROVERBS 22:1

When company have very good products or services, they impact the

communities tremendously, have exceptional public relation images and leads the

the industries in human values that have positive effects locally, the states,

domestically and worldwide. Let's examine the other scriptures "ROB NOT THE

POOR, BECAUSE HE IS POOR" PROVERBS 22:22. Some many businesses that

practice GREED & BAD POLICIES. I could name many but I will reframe

With this business model they "OPPRESS THE AFFLICTED IN THE GATE:"

PROVERBS 22;22  They perform many illegal practices but they have federal and

state agencies to protect customers such as Department of Justice www.justice.gov,

the Consumer Protection www.consumerprotection.gov,  the Inspector General

www.oig.doc.gov etc. because agencies are need to investigate, cite and suit to

protect to consumers that been abuse for thousands of years. These agencies get to

the truth and ensure that people are abused.  Lastly scripture "HE THAT OPPRESSETH

THE POOR TO INCREASE HIS RICHES" PROVERBS 22:16 There are millions

of bad companies that oppress the POOR. But its the poor and middle class individuals

that purchase the products and services  in the 3 percent that control economies

worldwide. The super RICH PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT AND KNOWN THE

SHAKERS AND MOVERS. They laugh behind close doors and enjoying their profits.

THEY LAUGH TO GET YOU WITH SOME TACTIC TO INCREASE PROFITS.

YES YES YES AND IT LEGAL. On the other hand, there are good companies. See

TOP 5000 companies www.inc.com/inc5000 READ READ READ.  Those companies

provide good services or products that deserve to be prospers. 'AND HE THAT GIVETH

TO THE RICH, SHALL SURELY COME TO WANT'. PROVERBS 22:11

Good companies control trillions of dollars worldwide. Why? For employment, impact

communities and value. Without these companies, the world would be MAD, MAD &

MAD operating in crises modes. THANKS FOR THE MANY GOOD AND REPUTABLE
